Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10+ years of expertise in VIP Support and related technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Windows desktop support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 11
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office365
- Competence in video conferencing tools such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), preferably Intune
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
- Support experience with Apple iOS and Android devices
- Knowledge of supporting Macintosh computers is a plus
- Networking knowledge; Cisco certifications or relevant experience are advantageous
- Proficiency in printer support
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to CEC members for all technical challenges
- Manage and maintain an inventory of executive devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for senior executives and their assistants, ensuring access and device allocation
- Update and image end user computers as necessary
- Test and validate new updates, patches, and software deployments
- Offer support for meetings, events, and Board functions
- Be able to walk frequently and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
