Requirements
Must:
- You must be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
- Your field of study should be in Product Management, Finance, Business, Project Management, or a related area.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- We seek individuals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity and bravery.
- You should possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail is essential.
- You should be organized and capable of managing time and multiple tasks effectively.
- It is important that you can work independently on unique projects while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Preferred qualifications include coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business, as well as experience with Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
As a User Acceptance Testing Intern, you will engage in the following activities:
- Plan and coordinate testing for SBNA and Openbank.
- Document processes related to the use of AI tools.
- Analyze historical defects to detect trends and common issues.
- Review processes and suggest improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Generally evaluate methods of operation to assist in fostering positive changes.

You will participate in structured professional development, connect with peers, and meet leaders within Santander. As a User Acceptance Testing Intern, you will come away with an understanding of the product development lifecycle, project management, and User Acceptance Testing. You’ll learn to read and interpret product requirements while ensuring that the conceived functionality is fit for purpose or exceeds expectations.
