Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027.
- Your area of study should be in Data Science, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is essential.
- I value intellectual curiosity and courage.
- Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- Analytical thinkers with a keen attention to detail are preferred.
- You should be organized and capable of managing time and multiple tasks efficiently.
- The ability to work independently on special projects is important.
- Contributing effectively to a team environment is crucial.
- Coursework or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business is desirable.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, would be beneficial.
- A general understanding and curiosity about existing and emerging AI and Gen AI technologies is appreciated, although technical expertise is not required.
Responsibilities
- As an Operational Strategy intern, I will have you support Artificial Intelligence projects that are complex and impactful across the organization, which includes researching technologies and components.
- You will assist in the governance process for operations, contribute to the development of governance artifacts and presentations, and maintain a clear understanding of overall business functions, specifically related to the operations AI portfolio and relevant processes.
- You will help define the roadmap for customer service-focused strategic projects, including the AI roadmap and the creation of business cases.
- Your role will involve providing support for performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis processes for piloted or deployed AI use cases across operations.
- You will also assist in the development of business goals and objectives to effectively leverage data and streamline processes.
