Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience equivalent
- 7-10 years of pertinent professional experience or demonstrable proficiency
- In-depth understanding of AZURE and AWS native controls
- Proficient in configuring, managing, and applying security best practices according to Azure Security Center standards
- Familiarity with Network Security Groups, Micro-segmentation concepts, UDR, Load balancers, VPN Gateways, and ExpressRoute connections
- Knowledge of Azure Firewalls, service tags, and service endpoints
- Understanding of NAT and PAT concepts
- Experience with automation frameworks like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and scripting for Azure tools
- Capability in using Operation Management Suite (OMS) queries with Kusto Query Language (KQL)
- Advanced Information Security Certification (ISACA or equivalent) preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive security architectures, strategies, policies, and programs
- Mitigate and manage cyber security threats particularly in cloud environments
- Ensure system availability and compliance with global regulatory standards
- Assess architectural patterns for service account authentication and privileged access management
- Provide subject matter expertise for both technical and non-technical cyber security solutions
- Review and validate deployment topologies and high-level architectures for public cloud workloads
- Offer consultative support to application teams on connectivity requirements and subnet design
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
