Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in software/script development.
- Familiarity with SQL and database technologies; FileMaker Pro is a plus.
- Experience in web application development (HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
- Prior involvement in integrating and maintaining E-Commerce solutions is advantageous.
- Background in supporting ERP and Financial Management systems is preferred.
- Competent in providing assistance for internal business system inquiries.
- Capable of resolving and enhancing established software solutions.
- Comfortable utilizing the Unix command line.
- Experience with Apple macOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong willingness to learn new business applications and solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple responsibilities, and thrive with minimal oversight within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven capacity to function independently as well as in team settings within a fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the IT team and management to support various projects.
- Provide assistance to our Financials, E-Commerce, and web development teams.
- Address and resolve a diverse array of support issues across different departments.
- Engage with external consultants as needed to optimize solution implementations.
- Contribute actively to the evaluation and improvement of current software systems.
- Maintain effective communication with internal customers to address business system needs.
- Undertake training and development as new technologies are adopted within the organization.
