R&D Solutions Architect - Data Solutions

- 5-8 years of experience in solution architecture, AI architecture, and software engineering - Proficiency in developing Lean & Agile best practices, policies, and procedures - Capability to drive proof of concept implementations - Experience facilitating design and review sessions to outline broad solutions with a visionary perspective - Strong ability to evaluate new technologies and compile architecture decision records (ADRs) - Experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive alignment and achieve results - Self-motivated and proactive - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Technical Skills: - AWS Certification - Knowledge in Generative AI and AI architecture for new products - Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker and AWS Bedrock - Understanding of data ingestion, integration, transformation, and storage - Experience with cloud-based services, particularly AWS managed services - Proficient in Agile development processes and DevOps principles - Knowledge of GIT-based source code management (GitHub) and CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions) - Experience in defining Infrastructure as code (Terraform) - Familiarity with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures - Programming skills in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Flutter - Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases (AWS RDS) - Solid understanding of networking concepts - Experience with Integration Services (e.g., Informatica Cloud, Airflow, DBT, DLT) - Familiarity with messaging solutions (e.g., EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Rabbit MQ, Kafka) - Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake) - Experience working within compliance frameworks (e.g., quality, regulatory, data privacy, GxP, SOX) is a plus
