Requirements
Must:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong grasp of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies used at Sanofi R&D
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
- Deep understanding of processes and workflows in Digital In Silico Research & CMC
- Willing and eager to drive digital transformation within the Digital In Silico Research & CMC community
- Experience in global or multi-cultural environments
- Strong vendor relationship management abilities
- Solid background in Solution Architecture
- Familiarity with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations and ensuring compliance in IT solutions design and implementation
- Proven track record of converting functional requirements into technical solutions in line with business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with Sanofis standard technologies such as Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, and Azure
- Ability to collaborate as an integral team member, promoting a positive and efficient work culture

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and implementation of solutions for Digital In Silico Research & CMC operations
- Ensure compliance with architectural strategy and governance standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital In Silico Research & CMC experts to grasp functional and technical requirements
- Streamline and optimize existing architecture, delivering reusable services and identifying cost savings
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive and operable solutions in line with business processes
- Provide clear and detailed leadership in Digital In Silico Research & CMC development architecture throughout projects
- Assess product value and costs during vendor selection processes
- Create and maintain architecture roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Establish strategic direction, select technologies, and set standards for the Digital In Silico Research & CMC development domain
