Requirements
Must:
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong grasp of existing IT technologies, data types, and ontologies within the Sanofi R&D environment
- Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions
- Proven experience with processes and workflows in Digital Labs Operations and CMC
- Enthusiastic about driving digital transformation in Digital Labs Operations and CMC
- Global or multi-cultural experience
- Strong vendor relationship management capabilities
- Solid background in Solution Architecture
- Knowledge of GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations with a track record of ensuring compliance in IT solutions
- Ability to convert functional requirements into technical designs that align with business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Sanofis standard technologies including Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, and Azure
- Collaborative team player with a focus on creating a positive work environment
- Consistently demonstrates professional and dependable behavior, delivering quality work on time
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design and implementation of all solutions pertaining to Digital Lab Operations Research and CMC operations
- Ensure adherence to architectural strategies and governance standards
- Oversee the Lab In the Loop implementation in collaboration with the In Silico Research team
- Work with business stakeholders and experts in Digital Labs Operations and CMC to identify functional and technical requirements
- Streamline existing architecture to foster efficiency, providing reusable services and uncovering cost-saving avenues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete and operable solutions that align with business processes
- Provide clear leadership for Digital Labs Operations and CMC development architecture throughout projects
- Assess product utility and cost during the vendor selection process
- Create and maintain architecture roadmaps that align with current and target business needs
- Establish strategic direction, select technologies, and set standards for the Digital Labs Operations and CMC development domain
