Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Experience in integrations with technologies such as AWS, Informatica, Layer 7, and Salesforce
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis
- Business acumen and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of Application Design and Integration
- Compliance knowledge, particularly in regulated environments
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing external vendors
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape, including REMS and GXP standards
Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap for a designated set of integrations within high-touch therapeutic areas related to patient service programs
- Define priorities and collaborate with the Digital iCare exchange product line owner to strategize and prepare roadmaps
- Oversee backlog refinement and prioritize features for release definitions
- Work closely with Architecture, Engineering teams, vendors, and system integrators on digital integration requirements and technical specifications
- Define, review, and approve iCare exchange user stories and requirements using Jira
- Ensure successful delivery of responsibilities by preparing and executing end-to-end test cases prior to releases
- Prepare metrics and KPIs to assess the successful execution of integration services and their business impact
- Ensure compliance with GXP and validated feature standards, including necessary documentation and approvals for compliance and regulatory requirements
