Digital Product Manager, Cloud Foundations

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of cloud product owners and manage internal cloud program support - Define career progression paths and conduct performance evaluations while fostering a culture of innovation - Allocate resources effectively for cloud projects, ensuring adequate staffing for concurrent initiatives - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cloud services to secure favorable terms and SLAs - Serve as the main point of contact between the Cloud Foundation team and executive leadership, Finance, and Business Units - Plan and execute large-scale cloud migration projects using the 6 Rs strategy for moving workloads to the cloud - Collaborate with business units to assess application portfolios for efficient and secure cloud onboarding - Work with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to shape a long-term cloud transformation roadmap - Champion organizational change management related to cloud adoption and promote best practices across the enterprise - Design and manage a robust cloud foundation architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP - Direct strategies for monitoring cloud performance, resolving critical issues, and ensuring high availability - Establish and enforce cloud access and security policies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements - Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes - Develop strategies for optimizing cloud spending and ensure financial accountability within cloud foundations
