Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital engagement orchestration environments
- Strong understanding of key business processes along with their corresponding data flows
- Ability to read and evaluate SQL logic and its output
- Proficiency in segmentation testing, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design for impact assessments
- Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and data relationships
- Hands-on experience with LiveRamp (or similar), Safe Haven data collaboration & clean room environments
- Experience with media partners, focusing on onboarding negotiation, data integration, and data consumption
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Proven cross-functional leadership and influencing capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, shape technology strategy, and deliver customized digital solutions
- Capture business needs to support business case development
- Assess risks of potential solutions and prioritize competing business demands
- Document and elicit requirements effectively
- Validate that solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements
- Own assessment and prioritization of Consumer/Patient use cases in alignment with strategic objectives
- Design and implement the comprehensive product vision and delivery related to DTC/P Activation
- Standardize and deliver digital products focusing on consumer/patient experience analytics and AI
- Promote architectural consistency and usability standards, defining and executing test cases
- Manage the DTC/P Activation product roadmap, encompassing budget planning, resource allocation, and feasibility assessments
- Provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives
- Identify opportunities for business-led delivery and coach employees on technology utilization
