Requirements
Must:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in CX/UX strategy at a large global organization, agency, consulting, or startup/scale-up focusing on digital product or software design.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI, MBA or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to apply design thinking principles and question underlying assumptions during project briefings.
- Experience facilitating collaboration and co-creation workshops.
- Skilled in creating innovative products or services from concept to implementation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems and managing complex digital ecosystems.
- High emotional intelligence to effectively engage and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Background in scientific fields (biology, chemistry) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive consumer experience strategy for R&D transformation to support digital evolution.
- Collaborate with Digital R&D, engineering teams, and other functions to embed the customer experience strategy into product development workflows.
- Drive the implementation of CX initiatives, ensuring they meet deadlines while effectively managing resources and risks.
- Advocate for superior consumer experience throughout the organization, influencing the direction of product and service strategies.
- Mentor team members and contractors within the CX Strategy team, promoting continuous learning and industry knowledge.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives to foster a cultural shift in how CX operates within R&D and the organization as a whole.
