Digital R&D Product Owner, Decision Fabric

- 8+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector - Proven proficiency in designing and executing Agentic AI workflows that facilitate enterprise-level decision-making - Extensive background in data integration, management, and mastering, alongside platform support - Experience in developing Generative AI applications that have progressed beyond proof of concept - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ML model deployment/monitoring, particularly for agile decision capabilities - Understanding of major cloud platforms, especially AWS - Familiarity with data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines to ensure seamless access to dependable data - Expertise in API design and management for integrating decision components with existing R&D systems - Awareness of various AI/ML frameworks and their deployments in cloud environments - Knowledge of governance and compliance tools that enable audit trails and regulatory adherence - Understanding of decision management systems, including rules engines and business process management - Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ideation workshops - Capacity to translate business requirements into digital solutions that provide value - Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
