Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or equivalent training or experience preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing computer networks required
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools required
- Knowledge of network operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud network architecture
- Expert-level skills in configuration, deployment, and documentation of complex L1/L2/L3 data center leaf/spine topologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VxLAN, L2/L3, VoIP, and Video topologies
- Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
- Understanding of communication and routing protocols
- Knowledge of coding languages for scripting is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while fulfilling commitments
- Willingness to collaborate within a geographically-dispersed team
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Criminal background check required
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to Network Engineering team members for various projects and activities such as network device upgrades and internet resource access
- Conduct research and propose new standards for technology upgrades and installations
- Stay informed on industry trends and networking initiatives
- Troubleshoot voice and data network issues, including switches, routers, and firewalls, addressing user inquiries regarding access to resources
- Manage the network environment, including maintaining an updated system information network log
- Create and maintain network infrastructure and WAN diagrams
- Monitor performance and utilization of the network environment and associated resources
- Utilize existing processes and templates for configuring network devices within the current environment
- Assume primary responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and operation of the network infrastructure
- Carry out daily operational tasks and system reviews to ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks and resolution of issues and requests
- Act as a representative of Infrastructure and Network Engineering regarding infrastructure needs and impacts on Application Development projects and Business Initiatives as required
- Participate in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation

- Maintain regular attendance as per the Company Attendance and Punctuality policy to meet business service levels and workflow demands
- Engage in additional initiatives and/or projects as necessary
