Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- At least 4 years of experience managing computer networks (preferred)
- Familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (preferred)
- Solid knowledge of network operating systems
- Understanding of communication and routing protocols
- Knowledge of coding languages for scripting is a plus
- Proven ability to meet project and task commitments
- Willingness to collaborate with a geographically-distributed team
- Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Criminal background check is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots issues with voice and data network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Addresses network users queries and needs regarding resource access
- Maintains an up-to-date network log of the network environment
- Designs and updates network infrastructure and WAN diagrams
- Monitors network performance and utilization, ensuring efficient resource use
- Configures and sets up network devices using existing processes and templates
- Oversees operation, maintenance, and administration of the network infrastructure
- Conducts daily operational tasks and system evaluations to ensure effective task execution and issue resolution
- Acts as a liaison for Infrastructure and Network Engineering regarding infrastructure needs in relation to Application Development projects and Business Initiatives
- Participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule

- Adheres to the Companys Attendance and Punctuality policy, ensuring regular attendance to meet service levels and workflow demands
- Engages in additional initiatives and projects as necessary.
