Requirements
Must:
- A.A. degree or equivalent from a technical institution, or 1-3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of both
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedural documents adhering to specified style
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with general mathematical concepts
- Strong ability to work independently and adopt a hands-on approach
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive work style with a focus on performance
- Effective teamwork skills and a professional demeanor
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and remain organized
- Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain both Windows and MAC workstations, including software updates and providing support for remote and onsite personnel
- Travel to warehouse locations in California to perform various technical tasks as needed
- Maintain records and conduct audits of all workstations to ensure compliance with company standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary
- Support and maintain cable infrastructure for reliable network connectivity and performance
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for IT-related inquiries from users
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and M365 applications to facilitate business operations
- Offer phone, remote, and on-site assistance to colleagues as required
- Administer and configure mobile devices, such as phones and tablets, including application installation and management
