Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related area
- 3 to 5 years of software development experience
- A relevant mix of education and experience may also be acceptable
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, or Angular
- Experience with databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of designing and implementing scalable web services and front ends
- Practical experience with AI tools to enhance development efficiency
- Comprehensive awareness of testing methodologies and various programming languages
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); opportunity to complete this available upon hire
- Fluency in English (required)
Responsibilities
- Build and write clean, testable code for web and mobile platforms, APIs, services, and databases
- Identify and resolve bugs, implement automated testing, and enhance performance under mentorship
- Collaborate with the Product Technical Lead and Senior Developers to integrate product features that are scalable and maintainable
- Engage in technical discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews, fostering continuous learning
- Work with the product team to ensure technical solutions meet user requirements and desired outcomes
- Contribute to deployment, integration, and support efforts to ensure reliability in production settings
- Provide after-hours support as necessary for critical incidents and urgent production challenges
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
