Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
- A combination of education and experience may be acceptable
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, .NET Core, or Angular
- Familiarity with databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Capability to design and implement scalable web services and front-end solutions
- Practical knowledge of utilizing AI tools for enhancing coding efficiency
- Strong grasp of testing methodologies and programming patterns
- 12 credit hours in college-level Biblical Studies (required); completion opportunity available upon hire
- Fluent in English (required)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Technical Lead to develop secure, scalable systems that address customer needs
- Design and maintain product features for web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data management components
- Utilize AI tools to enhance development speed and precision
- Engage with the Product Owner and Product Designer to align implementations with user expectations and technical standards
- Provide mentorship to other developers to foster a culture of learning and accountability
- Actively contribute to product integration, deployment, and performance enhancement
- Participate in ongoing improvements to reliability and impact across software products
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required
