Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of computer science principles, system architecture, and design
- Proficient in one or more contemporary programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript)
- Demonstrated history of designing and deploying production-quality systems at scale
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across technical and non-technical groups
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Experience with CloudFormation
- Knowledge of PowerShell and Shell scripting
Preferred:
- Over 7 years of relevant professional engineering experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Basic understanding of AWS architecture
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, services, or infrastructure components
- Make architectural decisions with lasting implications
- Take full ownership of features and projects from start to finish, leading cross-functional technical initiatives with minimal supervision
- Perform code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and maintainability
- Address complex and ambiguous technical challenges using structured thinking and practical solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to provide meaningful and impactful solutions
