Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, system design, and architecture.
- Proficient in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript).
- Expertise with AWS services and development.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, particularly AWS EKS.
- Experience with AI tools and agents, especially AWS BedRock and GuardRails.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying production-quality systems at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience (preferred).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable systems, services, or infrastructure components.
- Make architectural decisions with long-lasting implications.
- Assume ownership of features and projects from start to finish. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Conduct code reviews focusing on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Address complex, ambiguous technical challenges using structured thinking and practical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver thoughtful and impactful solutions.
