Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting
- Strong comprehension of business workflow mapping, process modeling, and methodologies for process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into structured automated workflows or solutions
- Practical technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical approach to assess solution impact through data analysis
- A relevant technical degree is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer-facing team leaders to outline and assess customer needs for new solutions
- Identify operational inefficiencies, manual processes, and opportunities for automation in each solution
- Develop solution blueprints and automation workflows utilizing existing platform features
- Work directly with AI agents and prompting tools to create automated solutions
- Validate, test, and refine blueprints for accuracy, consistency, and functionality
- Document solution architecture, demonstrations, and implementation protocols
- Provide comprehensive feedback to Product Managers regarding feature gaps and necessary enhancements for solution scalability
- Facilitate the rollout and enablement of blueprint solutions across teams and clients
