Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in design, focusing on creating engaging and user-friendly experiences
- Degree in HCI, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking, or a related field
- Ability to quickly visualize concepts through various mediums, including hand-drawn storyboards and interactive digital prototypes
- Strong grasp of design thinking methodologies and user-centered practices
- Familiarity with software development processes and experience working with developers
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication abilities
- Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and manage time effectively
- Proactive mindset with a focus on iteration and collaboration to enhance user experience across teams
- Relevant technical degree required
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Figjam, Canva, and LucidChart; experience with AI models is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as an advocate for design thinking and a user-centric approach to ensure secure outcomes for employees and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers to enhance design delivery
- Conduct stakeholder and secondary research; engage in primary user research to identify key pain points and unmet needs
- Assist in concept validation testing and conduct co-design sessions with end-users
- Stay updated on emerging user experiences and maintain familiarity with Salesforces design language
- Methodically apply design systems to deliver cohesive and user-friendly UI and UX
- Contribute to the creation, testing, and sharing of innovative tools and methodologies for effective engagement processes
