Requirements
Must:
- Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in help desk support or technical assistance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
- Experience in healthcare or radiology IT support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical imaging software or PACS systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to team members via phone, email, and remote desktop solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network complications, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary.
- Assist with setup of user accounts, password resets, and access management tasks.
- Support the installation and configuration of software, applications, and updates.
- Record and track support requests using a ticketing system.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring problems and enhance processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of IT systems and tools utilized within the organization.
- Offer clear, patient guidance to non-technical users.
