Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory; an MBA or relevant certification is advantageous.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or RCM software sector.
- Practical understanding of RCM workflows including eligibility, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, HL7, and 837/835/270/271.
- Strong abilities in communication, analysis, and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle for RCM offerings, spanning from discovery and design to launch and ongoing refinement.
- Translate feedback from billers, coders, revenue cycle managers, and payers into precise product specifications.
- Prioritize and manage the product roadmap and backlog employing Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver user-friendly, compliant, and scalable features.
- Ensure seamless integrations with EHR systems, clearinghouses, payer portals, and practice management platforms.
- Track key performance indicators such as claim rejection rates, days in accounts receivable, and collection rates, using this data to drive enhancements.
- Stay updated on RCM and healthcare regulations (including CMS, HIPAA, and coding updates) and assist in market strategy initiatives.
