Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar position.
- Background in healthcare, public sector, or nonprofit environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and business documentation.
- Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; experience with BI tools or databases is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using data insights and stakeholder feedback.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data to aid in decision-making.
- Create reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and program teams.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and consultations with stakeholders to clarify needs and priorities.
- Transform business needs into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of information systems and digital solutions.
- Support project planning, testing, documentation, and change management tasks.
- Contribute to the assessment of new technologies and system upgrades.
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst who plays a vital role in analyzing business processes, systems, and data to promote operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
