Requirements
Must:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the electric utility industry
- Strong knowledge of outage management, distribution management, or energy management applications for power utilities
- Familiarity with CIM and various model exchange formats
- Practical experience in data modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing OMS, DMS, and EMS software configurations
- Proven skills in software design and development at both application and technical levels
- Proficient programming skills
- Solid database skills in SQL and PL/SQL
Responsibilities
- Implement EMS, ADMS, and SCADA systems
- Lead and contribute to advanced Power Systems Application software development and delivery, ensuring project commitments are met
- Interact with customers, primarily electric utilities, focusing on transmission and distribution system operations
- Define functional software specifications, along with designing, coding, testing, integrating, delivering, and maintaining software
- Provide domain expertise and technical leadership to a team of electric power application software engineers
- Ensure timely software delivery that aligns with customer expectations
