Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of IT experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and/or integrations
- 1-3 years of experience with continuous delivery tools and development practices required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure the Salesforce environment meets functionality and performance needs
- Develop solutions within the Salesforce.com platform and its ecosystem through configuration or coding in a sandbox
- Implement Salesforce.com configuration changes using the Salesforce interface to integrate with internal tracking systems
- Apply knowledge of Salesforce development and customizations including APEX, Visualforce, API, Force.com, and Workflows, keeping best practices and unique company requirements in mind
- Understand business user requirements and translate them into design specifications leveraging a robust understanding of Salesforce
- Explore technical solution options, including effort estimates based on product team’s functionality requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain integration and synchronization programs
- Create the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications
- Identify bugs and ensure alignment with requirements during debugging
- Adhere to best practices and data governance procedures during development and integration of applications
- Design and write high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following industry standards
