Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 7-9 years of experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools, including knowledge of APIs and data migration
- Prior experience in configuration management and release coordination
- Familiarity with managing licensing and permission in Salesforce Service Cloud and other platforms
- Previous experience either working across solutions or coordinating across diverse product areas
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce engineering activities, guiding program, project, or development teams
- Drive project design and estimations that align with both business and technological strategies during the scoping phases
- Collaborate with other IT teams to design integrations between various applications
- Read specifications and write code according to project requirements using approved patterns and technologies
- Lead the design process that develops application functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with the Product Owner, UX, IT Leadership, and business stakeholders to plan product changes for enhancements and new features
- Collaborate with IT Leadership and other Senior Engineers to enhance overall architecture and processes within the Digital organization
- Coach and mentor engineering team members on code structure and patterns, reviewing pull requests and providing feedback on code quality
- Ensure adherence to security guidelines and compliance standards throughout application development
