Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Management, Technical, or Scientific field from an accredited institution.
- Alternative: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific field with an additional four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in engineering or operations analysis; at least three (3) of those years directly related to DoD systems.
- Proven expertise in your area of engineering is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly in collaborative settings.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Will require SCI/SAP access.
- Must be a United States citizen.
Responsibilities
- Review and articulate system security architecture and requirements for TCTS II and future LVC air combat training initiatives.
- Integrate security requirements into system architectures and development including Cross-Domain Solutions, cryptographic measures, and anti-tamper protocols.
- Develop and facilitate processes for securing system approvals from the National Security Agency and Navy organizations.
- Provide high-level expertise, analysis, and technical support to ensure project success.
- Develop strategies to address current and future systems security needs.
- Conduct risk management activities, identify vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Offer advanced technical knowledge and analysis of specialized applications and operational environments, including systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and training on complex issues.
- Manage complex aspects of network security and planning.
