Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of pertinent experience in safety-critical or mission-critical sectors (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical, transportation)
- Familiarity with the development of safety-critical software systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships in a team environment
- Experience in server software application development, especially in Linux settings
- Proficiency in data processing and tool development using MATLAB
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship, Permanent Resident status, or protected individual status as defined by applicable laws
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical development of radar and radar data processing software to enhance air traffic control in global airport surface environments
- Execute technical investigations for new feature development and handle change requests from both internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain specifications and technical documentation to support customer deliverables and internal systems engineering procedures
- Assist field teams during the swift deployment of radar systems
- Be open to domestic and international travel, not exceeding 15%
