Requirements
Must:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or an MA/MS degree with 6+ years of experience.
- At least 6 years of professional application development experience.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, both on-premises and cloud-native microservices-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing applications and systems support.
- Proficient in verification, testing, bug/error tracking, and working in QA/test environments, including GitHub.
- Ability to investigate needs and compose functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of Manufacturing Planning and Work Instruction authoring.
- Knowledge of AI architecture and system design principles.
- Proficiency in Angular, Java, C#, JSON, PowerShell, .NET, and Python.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps workflow designer or Visual Studio Code.
- Background in methodology investigation and development, including testing and verification for PLM and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
- Support, develop, adapt, and optimize methodologies for essential manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate across Solumina MES, Andon, 3DX PLM, and other custom manufacturing-related integrations.
- Design, implement, and integrate software employing a systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approach.
- Analyze both business and technical requirements, specify the software architecture, and generate and maintain software code and documentation.
- Test implemented features to ensure accurate system functionality in QA and test settings.
- Adhere to established software development protocols and best practices.
- Work closely with system teams and administrators to improve system workflows and create innovative architectures.
- Draft functional specifications for new requests and validate the functionality of new or modified operations.
- Engage in projects and development tasks related to manufacturing applications and systems.
- Diagnose system issues, assist with ServiceNow development requests, and guarantee seamless integration between operational technology and IT systems.
- Support secure digital threads across system integrations using APIs for Manufacturing/PLM/ERP/MES/Andon systems.
- Foster the adoption and integration of AI-driven technologies within manufacturing systems.
- Continuously enhance application development processes and methodologies.
