Requirements

Must:
### - I hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 5 years of experience in security management, physical security, counterintelligence, policy development, and compliance, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience. Extensive related experience in the field may be considered in lieu of the above educational requirements. - I have experience in developing and implementing security strategies and risk management programs. - I possess an active Top Secret security clearance. - I have a working knowledge of security systems of record in coordination with DISS, NISS, NBIS, JADE, and other government security systems. - I am proficient in the NISPOM, SAP security manuals, and IC directives, and I can interpret government policy. - I have experience or knowledge of Foreign Ownership Control and Influence and Special Security Agreements. - I am capable of providing briefings to large audiences and Executive Leadership. - I possess strong oral and written communication skills and am expected to produce finished documentation such as reports, special studies, policy and procedures, security designs, training programs, and assessments. - I am self-motivated, recognize time-sensitive risks, and act decisively. - I can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage complex security challenges effectively. - I am willing to travel approximately 20% per year. ###

- I serve as a trusted security advisor to program managers, technical leads, and government sponsors, ensuring that mission objectives are in alignment with national security protection requirements. - I provide guidance on foreign participation, export control, and disclosure issues. - I coordinate with Special Security Offices (SSOs), Cognizant Security Authorities (CSAs), and Program Security Officers (PSOs) to ensure appropriate classification management and the safeguarding of sensitive information. - I analyze and assess diverse security risks and associated policies. - I develop proactive strategies for reducing vulnerabilities and enhancing security protocols across all areas of the organization. - I develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Program Security Plans (PSPs), Security Concepts of Operations, and security architecture in compliance with DoD, IC, and sponsor-specific security policies. - I create and update security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, federal regulations, and internal company guidelines. - I perform self-inspections and participate in government Continuous Monitoring reviews and on-site inspections. - I advise leadership on security risks and provide strategies for mitigation. - I develop, coordinate, and implement security education, training, and awareness programs. - I lead and conduct internal investigations on security incidents in compliance with legal and sponsor requirements and provide recommendations for corrective actions based on findings. - I maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. ###
