Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree in a related field, or 5 years accompanied by a Masters degree.
- Extensive background in quality audits, audit scheduling, and quality management systems administration.
- Proven track record of managing and executing audit schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of audits.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Systems is essential.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of company goals regarding quality management and system administration.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and external requirements.
- Oversee the scheduling of both internal and external audits, guaranteeing timely execution in line with the quality audit plan.
- Coordinate resources for audits, ensuring appropriate personnel and tools are allocated for effective audit performance.
- Assess operations, data, and other elements to pinpoint areas for process enhancement and risk mitigation.
- Establish and nurture formal networks with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and contribute to broader organizational initiatives.
- Ensure that our quality systems remain robust, efficient, and continually adapt to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Clearly present intricate information to various stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence to quality principles throughout all organizational levels.
- Act as the subject matter expert on quality systems and audits within the business unit, offering advice and solutions for quality-related challenges.
- Aid in the formulation of Program Quality Plans and site Quality Metrics.
- Participate actively in Material Review Board, Change Control Board, and corrective action teams.
- Execute Program Process Evaluations (PPEs).
