Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in user experience design
- In-depth knowledge of human-centered design practices
- Proficient with design software (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
- Strong grasp of user research techniques and usability testing
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- A portfolio demonstrating your user experience design projects
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
- Certified UX Designer or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Proven track record of developing user-focused design solutions
- Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to guide design choices
- Develop comprehensive user personas and journey maps
- Design user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually engaging
- Create prototypes to evaluate and enhance design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
