Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS) is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CSTE or CTFL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Expertise in testing frameworks, such as JUnit or TestNG
Responsibilities
- Create and implement detailed test plans to guarantee software quality and dependability
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including development, product management, and design
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects, partnering with development teams to address issues
- Design and sustain automated testing scripts utilizing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Engage in code reviews and provide insights on testability and overall quality
- Keep informed about industry trends, testing practices, and tools
