Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Preference for an advanced degree (e.g., MS).
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar field.
- Professional qualifications, such as Google Data Analytics or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis software, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or Julia is a plus.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling is advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is desirable.
- Experience with data visualization platforms, like D3.js or Matplotlib, is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret intricate data to guide business decisions.
- Develop and uphold databases, data systems, and data workflows.
- Generate data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to convey insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT experts.
- Create and execute data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to address challenging business issues.
- Remain informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative tools and methods.
