Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS) is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence development or a similar domain
- Professional certifications such as CBIP or Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- (Nice to Have) Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
- (Nice to Have) Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- (Nice to Have) Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or Azure
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain business intelligence solutions utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT experts
- Create and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to aid in business decision-making
- Manage large datasets to establish and execute data models, ETL processes, and data warehouses
- Ensure adherence to organizational data quality, integrity, and security standards
- Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative tools and methodologies
