Technical Project Manager, IT Focus

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters - Lead, coordinate, and implement project development and change management efforts alongside clients and internal teams - Assess technical and functional requirements, verify feasibility, identify risks, and advise clients and internal personnel on optimal strategies for timely and high-quality deliverables - Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specifications, and within budget - Develop a comprehensive project plan that aligns with customer business objectives and company goals - Prepare and share Project Charters and status reports with management and clients - Participate in client PI planning activities and keep project management tools like JIRA updated with various user stories, defects, tickets, and enhancements - Verify technical aspects of projects, including API connectivity, request-response structures, and conduct impact analyses on platform functionality - Demonstrate product enhancements to clients and gather feedback/approvals prior to production implementation - Collaborate with clients to successfully launch the platform to end users
