Requirements
Must:
- 7–10+ years of experience in technical project management
- Direct hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) for a State Government agency
- Background in supporting Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, or other state-administered public assistance eligibility systems
- Familiarity with state governance structures and compliance environments
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Project for schedule creation and upkeep
- Strong grasp of SDLC frameworks and project governance practices
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and sustain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project, including dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and resource distribution
- Utilize SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) throughout requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment phases
- Lead and support projects within a State Integrated Eligibility System (IES) setting
- Clearly convey technical concepts, system implications, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and oversee project risks, issues, scope modifications, and governance activities
- Prepare comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Program Manager to synchronize timelines, priorities, deliverables, and strategic goals
