Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, database management, or analytics.
- Proficient SQL skills (PostgreSQL) with capability in formulating complex queries and optimizing performance.
- Practical experience with Snowflake and DBT.
- Background in R for data analysis and reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of database performance tuning, system administration, and management of data pipelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and enhance data pipelines to fulfill business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Aggregate data from various sources into a unified data platform.
- Conduct data analysis, profiling, and reporting utilizing R.
- Create intricate SQL queries, optimize performance, and ensure database effectiveness.
- Convert business demands into technical solutions, ensuring precision and scalability.
- Record processes, assist in database management, and advocate for process enhancements.
- Clearly convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
