Senior LLM and ML Engineer - Remote

- Over 6 years of experience in ML/AI positions - Minimum of 2 years in developing with LLMs/SLMs - Strong background in Deep Learning & Natural Language Processing (PyTorch or TensorFlow) - Practical experience in fine-tuning foundation models such as LLaMA, Mistral, or GPT-like models - Proficient with Hugging Face and prevalent LLM training & fine-tuning methods (LoRA, PEFT, etc.) - Familiar with Vector/Semantic search, RAG pipelines, or embedding optimization tools (Pinecone, FAISS, Redis Vector) - Knowledge of agent-based frameworks (LangGraph, ReAct, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain Agents, etc.) - Experience with LLMOps tools and platforms (Weights & Biases, MLflow, Prompt Layer, etc.) - Proven ability to deploy ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) using MLOps tools - Understanding of GPU/memory optimization, distributed training, and batching strategies - Strong software engineering capabilities (Python, APIs, microservices, Docker/K8s) - Excellent communication skills, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional teams - Additional knowledge of MarTech/AdTech data pipelines, targeting, or attribution models is a plus - Experience with real-time personalization systems or ad-serving infrastructure is beneficial - Contributions to open-source LLM frameworks or research publications are encouraged - Previous experience in startup or growth-stage companies is advantageous
