Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity and access management or a related field. - Proven success in implementing IAM platforms and solutions within large organizations. - Familiarity with IAM technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and others. - Strong knowledge of regulatory standards associated with identity management like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX. - Relevant certifications in identity and access management, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), are advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset for developing innovative solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficient in IAM tools and technologies, with practical experience in configuring and managing IAM systems. - Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment. - Highly motivated and self-sufficient, committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. - Detail-oriented and organized, adept at managing complex projects and adhering to deadlines. - High ethical standards with a dedication to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

- Define and create the overarching identity management strategy for our organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory mandates. - Ensure that the identity management strategy encompasses security, scalability, and user-friendliness. - Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the identity and access management (IAM) sector to continuously enhance our strategy. - Design and implement IAM platforms that support our identity management vision, ensuring smooth integration with current systems and applications. - Monitor the performance and effectiveness of IAM solutions, making necessary enhancements for optimal efficiency. - Establish and enforce identity management controls to protect sensitive data and uphold compliance with relevant regulations. - Develop detailed policies and procedures for managing the identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and conducting access reviews. - Carry out routine audits and assessments to ensure adherence to IAM policies and identify potential areas for enhancement. - Provide training and support to operations teams regarding IAM processes and best practices. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to swiftly address identity-related incidents and resolve issues. - Create documentation and guidelines for IAM processes to ensure uniformity and clarity across the organization.
