Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform development and configuration
- Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web components
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC implementation
- Ability to analyze business processes using various modeling tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically GitHub
- Willingness to travel to client locations across the USA
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and functional expert on the Salesforce platform
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide best practice guidance regarding configuration and customization decisions
- Design the technical architecture for complex business functionality
- Develop solutions using Apex programming and Salesforce user interfaces
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings as part of Agile SDLC
- Create customized solutions to support critical business operations and data migration strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure Salesforce meets organizational needs
- Maintain security and integrity of the Salesforce application software
- Document and analyze business processes using modeling tools and root cause analysis
- Manage scoping, requirement analysis, solution design, and application support
