Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of modern software development patterns and practices
- Experience in developing and implementing microservices architecture and web services
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented design and programming
- Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the USA
Responsibilities
- Design and create software applications
- Analyze both functional and non-functional requirements along with user story acceptance criteria to develop applications and components
- Understand business factors affecting performance
- Document requirements for future reference regarding maintenance and upgrades
- Collaborate with product teams on new ideas, designs, estimates, and feature roadmaps
- Demonstrate expertise in software design, engineering, and development skills
- Develop and maintain microservices architecture and web services utilizing Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Ensure applications operate efficiently and meet business requirements through testing and maintenance
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, raising issues and risks while proposing effective mitigation strategies
- Provide expert insights into continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment practices
