Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field equivalent to a U.S. Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack and Azure cloud platform
- Experience in C# and .NET for developing software solutions
- Familiarity with agile software development life cycle
- Ability to create and maintain both in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications
- Competence in executing, testing, and deploying user stories from a product backlog
- Experience in enhancing existing .NET applications and adhering to development schedules
- Skills in web and client/server application development, including .NET Framework, C#, WCF, MVC, REST API creation, and Entity Framework
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, and React
- Understanding of database management systems such as MS SQL Server or Oracle
- Experience with unit testing and debugging techniques
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT and methodologies including SCRUM and Agile
- Willingness to travel to client locations across the USA
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for passengers and internal clients at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
- Utilize the Microsoft stack and Azure platform to address complex business challenges
- Engage in various stages of the agile software development process
- Create, support, and maintain a range of applications within the Aviation Departments software ecosystem
- Comprehend, plan, execute, validate, and deploy user stories from our product backlog
- Enhance and maintain existing .NET applications while meeting project timelines
- Develop various types of applications including web and client/server technologies
- Collaborate with front-end technologies such as Angular and React
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality
