Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 12 to 20 years of experience as an SAP PP consultant in the manufacturing domain
- Expertise in configuring SAP PP, PEO, and QM modules
- Familiarity with product rework and MRO processes
- Advantageous to have industry experience in aerospace, defense, or automotive sectors
- Preferred experience with FIORI applications and S4HANA
- Proficient in PP-MM and PP-QM integration
- Experience with complex assembly manufacturing processes
- Skilled in gathering requirements and creating functional specifications
- Ability to guide ABAP developers and conduct business testing
- Experience in at least 2 to 3 SAP implementation projects within production planning and quality modules
- Knowledge of Parameter Unit effectivity as it relates to aircraft build is a plus
- Hands-on experience in material requirement planning and project stock involving WBS elements
- Theoretical understanding of SAP project systems, including network orders, WBS elements, and PP-PS integration via MA and IKs
- Results-driven attitude demonstrating adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP PP/PEO/QM modules to meet business needs
- Manage product rework and MRO process implementations
- Integrate PP-MM and PP-QM functionalities effectively
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Supervise ABAP developers to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure solutions meet business criteria
- Breakdown complex business requirements into manageable development tasks
- Participate in multiple SAP implementation projects focused on production planning and quality modules
- Lead discussions on material requirement planning and oversee project stock management
- Collaborate on theoretical aspects involving SAP project systems and integration processes
