Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in professional C# / .NET development (both .NET Core and .NET Framework) - Strong proficiency in NHibernate ORM with expertise in QueryOver, mappings, and session management - Advanced skills in SQL Server, focusing on stored procedure optimization, execution plans, indexing strategies, and temp table patterns - Solid experience with Angular (version 14 and above), including standalone components, signals, RxJS, and reactive forms - Familiarity with WPF and the MVVM pattern, emphasizing data binding, commands, and ViewModels - Deep understanding of REST API design, ensuring semantic use of HTTP verbs and consistent naming - Experience with Repository and Command/CQRS patterns within enterprise applications - Proven ability to conduct thorough and constructive code reviews - Strong written communication skills in English for providing clear and professional feedback on pull requests - Knowledge of Flutter/Dart for mobile applications (preferred, not required) - Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop SDK and NX Monorepo - Experience with DevExpress WPF controls and Flurl HTTP client library (nice to have) - Background in maintaining and reviewing large legacy codebases adhering to strict conventions (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Review code changes across the full stack, including C# backend, Angular web application, WPF desktop client, and Flutter mobile app - Enforce architectural standards and ensure conformity to established patterns such as Repository and Command designs - Identify and address SQL performance issues and validate proper database migration practices - Provide feedback on pull requests that fosters team development and suggests improvement opportunities - Assist in architectural decision-making for new features and integrations, offering mentorship to team members - Occasionally contribute code for complex or significant changes that require expertise - Validate that HTTP verbs align with corresponding action semantics and enforce proper ViewModel patterns - Review and diagnose Angular code for appropriate use of signals, standalone components, and RxJS practices - Assess Flutter code structure and state management to guarantee quality and maintainability

We are an expanding software company focused on developing a comprehensive Enterprise Order Management System used by businesses for managing sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, shipping, invoicing, and financial workflows. Our technology is grounded in a .NET backend API and supports three distinct front-end applications: a modern Angular web app, a WPF desktop client, and a Flutter mobile app, alongside a QuickBooks Desktop synchronization tool. We are searching for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a focus on code review to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing to code quality, mentoring our development team, and playing a critical role in influential technical decisions. This role is 100% remote with a flexible schedule, offering 15–20 hours of work per week.
