- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience with database management systems.
- A minimum of 4 years in coding, testing, and designing software.
- 4 years of experience with software development methodologies.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Knowledgeable in environments, Docker images, container runtimes, and cloud-native application development.
- Skilled in one major programming language/tool with advanced knowledge evolving in that language/tool.
- Familiar with coding languages, functions, object-oriented patterns, and dependent systems (e.g., APIs, data stores).
- Understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and various application platforms.
- Proven experience in software production operations and applying appropriate design patterns.
- Ability to resolve diverse problems creatively, demonstrate negotiation skills, and work independently.
- Capacity to document and present work clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement new software features that are functional, high-performing, and meet business and technical requirements autonomously.
- Engage in the design and integration of dependent systems, such as APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
- Spearhead the development of enterprise Angular applications, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Analyze the market to evaluate product strengths and weaknesses.
- Direct mobile development strategy using the Ionic framework for cross-platform solutions.
- Address critical production issues, manage hotfixes, and lead root cause analysis activities for defects.
- Establish best practices for Angular development, including component architecture and state management.
- Mentor teams on modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular methods, and mobile development techniques.
- Collaborate with architecture, testing, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to approved coding patterns and best practices across applications, mitigating technical debt.
- Handle multiple interconnected projects and provide necessary documentation and deployment artifacts.
- Continuously enhance application performance, resilience, and availability while identifying optimization opportunities.
