Senior Cyber and IT Auditor

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or Finance, or a relevant combination of education and experience - Over 3 years of experience in IT audit or public accounting - Familiarity with diverse technologies, encompassing networks, platforms, and applications - Experience in conducting information security evaluations - Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English - Capability to craft effective audit plans and establish communication channels with key stakeholders, influencing effectively at all levels of the organization - Comprehensive understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and IT audit and control frameworks such as SOX, COBIT, ITIL, and PCI - Knowledge of risk evaluation and tools used for control and monitoring mechanisms - Familiarity with IT audit methodologies and control frameworks for IT environments, including areas like network security, logical access, and change management at both infrastructure and application levels, databases, and systems maintenance - Insight into cable television products and services, various network architectures, systems, applications, development platforms, network/security technologies, and web application security concerns such as cross-site scripting and SQL injection - Proficient in using information security tools to identify vulnerabilities in networks and applications - Preferred: CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, GPEN, OSCP, CPT, and/or MBA - Preferred: Experience at a Big 4 firm - Preferred: Understanding of PCI Standards, HIPAA, and security requirements
