- Education: I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or I have equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: I have over 5 years of experience in data networking.
- Preferred Experience: I have hands-on experience with VXLAN (Virtual Extensible LAN) technologies within data center network environments and familiarity with EVPN, BGP, and multi-tenant data center architecture.
- Preferred Certification: I hold a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification and other relevant industry certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, etc.).
- Skills:
- I am proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- I can effectively use personal computers and software applications like Microsoft Office.
- I have extensive knowledge of data networking (OSI Model, TCP/IP, Optical Transport).
- I thrive in a fast-paced team environment and can quickly learn new technologies.
- I understand industry specifications and standards such as IEEE, ANSI, and various networking technologies and protocols.
- I possess significant expertise in network design, architecture, protocols, topology, and appliances.
- I am experienced using ticketing and software tools for operational support.
- I can utilize network design software such as Visio.

Responsibilities
In my role, I actively contribute to planning, forecasting, and implementing complex network systems. I design and establish protocol compatibility standards, develop network enhancements, and offer recommendations for improvements. My key tasks include:
- Supporting initiatives to streamline and enhance customer experiences.
- Participating in network planning, design, and engineering.
- Integrating and visually representing communication architectures, including hardware, software, and protocols into comprehensive network configurations.
- Evaluating new products and resolving network issues, while assisting in developing technical standards.
- Working on projects related to network planning, configuration, and optimization of medium to high complexity.
- Providing escalated support across organizations and to third-party vendors.
- Occasionally leading projects as a team member and coaching less experienced colleagues.
- Adhering to local, state, and federal regulations, and following company policies, while performing additional duties as assigned.
